What’s New in the 2008 UDS Reports? • 2008 UDS integrated with EHB BHCMIS and reported online in 2009! • Significant changes in the 2008 UDS data • Both the Cover Sheet and Table 2 (Sites) – removed • This data is now available via the BPHC Scope Repository • You will still report Users by ZIP Codes online • Table 6B – Quality of Care Indicators • Trimester of entry into prenatal care • Childhood Immunization Rate • Pap Test Rate • Table 7 – Health Outcomes and Disparities • Low birth weight babies • Blood pressure under control (Hypertension) • Diabetes HbA1c readings under control • Table 8 – Financial Costs • Combines old UDS Tables 8A and 8B

Multiple People Can Work Concurrently on your UDS Report • Using this link on the Welcome screen in EHB, the grantee’s Project Director can add users and provide them with rights to add/edit UDS data • Multiple EHB users can work concurrently on different tables in the UDS Report • Only one usercan have a specific UDS Report Table open at a time(e.g., Universal Table 3B) • Example: One user can work on the Universal Table 3Bat the same time a second user works on the grant-levelMigrant Health Table 3B

Clicking the Save button will save the data, display any error messages for this table(see example on next slide), and leave you on this same screen. Clicking the Save and Continue button will save the data and move you to the next grant level or universal report.

What happens after we submit our2008 UDS Report? • All electronic interaction will be via the EHB system! • A message will be sent to the 2008 UDS Report review contractor that your 2008 UDS Report is ready for review • The UDS review contractor will use both automated and manual approaches to review your 2008 UDS submission • The UDS review contractor will initially contact theGrantee Contact Person with questions and/or comments • The UDS review contractor will work with you to resolve any errors or edit checks in your 2008 UDS Report. You will use the EHB system to make any changes to your 2008 UDS Report!
