  4. Monthly Membership Meetings • Diversity of timely topics & excellent discussion: • Tax Increment Financing • National Capital Revitalization Corp. • Main Streets Programs • Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta • New Markets Tax Credits • Inclusionary Zoning

Information and Communications • Developed 14 unique niches nonprofits • Wrote 20 human interest articles and 30 opinion pieces for Capitol Communications Newspapers • Distributed our Monthly Electronic Newsletter, The Chronicle • Held four press conferences and Council Education Day • Putting Neighborhoods First calendar and developer showcase
