Limitations of Sitecore Connect for Salesforce CRM 2.0.1 • Support only Sitecore 9.0.1 or above versions • You can only push media items that store file types supported by Salesforce • According to Salesforce restrictions, the file size cannot exceed 3 MB • Item clones are not supported inside media roots
