  6. Intro to CHMO Only one thing they know that NGO can get project/Funds from Govt. or from International funding agencies. This is very way to make money, In this illusion they lived after few year either they become defunct or working as bonded labour or get in trap of corruption. Formation: Only Organisations/ Institutions will be Part of CHMO- no individual. • To initiate • Minimum 10 Organisations/ Institutions from each State/ Metropolitan City, UT. • Organisation/Institutions will placed category wise of their working subject/medical systems • Zonal Unit will formed  by State or Metropolitan- City Unit. www.globaltouch11.org Confederation of Health Management Organisations (CHMO)

  13. Intro to CHMO 4. Regional Unit will be formed by Zonal Unit & district Unit by regional Unit. 5. Representation of one/two representative from every unit will be in their Next upper reporting body. 6.   17. Intro to CHMO 14. The State/ Metropolitan City/U T will be formed only for two years initially later after appraisal period will be extended for 3 years. 15. Membership for organisations/Institutions will be 2000 for first two years inform of Donations/Contribution for CANCER & AIDS in favour of CARFQL/GLOBAL TOUCH11 payable at LUCKNOW by Multicity Ch./DD/Internet banking . www.globaltouch11.org Confederation of Health Management Organisations (CHMO)

In CHMO terms & conditions, amendments , modifications & delectation will made time to time as per need , suggestions & observations for better smooth & transparent working 17. In case of any dispute will be sorted out by CHMO Central body/ legal jurisdiction will be Lucknow , UP, Court of Law. 18.   19. Intro to CHMO 19. CHMO will establish five ZONAL offices– Northern , Eastern , Western, Southern & Central 20.
