Elite Player Development Group (EPDG) SCHOOL of RUGBY SoR Age Group County XVs District Development Teams CB Coaching Programme Statistics • ~ 600 players in Lancashire Player pathway from District to SoR • 84 Coaches in Lancashire CB Coach System • 17 Teachers • 13 CRCs • ~ Ratio of 1 coach per 8 players • With few exceptions each team has 4 Coaches • New addition to Lancashire U18 / U17 Development Group – James Bramhall Backs Coach (level 2 Coach ex Manchester 1st X). Known Problems • N Lancs U16s need 2 coaches • Lancashire U14 group

Now co-delivering course. • 3 National CPD events for Trainers and CEs
