Spaghetti alla carbonara. Italian recipe. INGREDIENTS for 2. 3 oz bacon cubes. 700 oz spaghetti. 1 egg. 1.5 oz grated parmesan cheese. Salt and pepper. 3 tablespoons olive oil. DIRECTIONS. - Saute the bacon with the oil in a large pan for 5 minutes.

  2. INGREDIENTS for 2 3 oz bacon cubes 700 oz spaghetti 1 egg 1.5 oz grated parmesan cheese Salt and pepper 3 tablespoons olive oil

DIRECTIONS • - Saute the bacon with the oil in a large pan for 5 minutes. • - Beat the egg in a small bowl together with the parmesan cheese and some freshly ground black pepper until you obtain a dense and creamy mixture . • - Bring 3 liters of water to the boil, add 2 tablespoons of cooking salt, then boil the spaghetti for the time written on the package (usually 6-8 minutes). • - Drain the spaghetti and add them to the pan (almost cold), mix all to coat the past with the oil, then add the egg's cream and mix again. • - Serve.
