  1. Spaghetti Bolognese We present a simple recipe for Spaghetti Bolognese to start your cooking with. Enjoy your dinner and have fun preparingyour first dish.

  2. Sauce Ingredients: • 250g beef mince • 300g onions • 2 tins of chopped tomatoes • 100g tomato concentrate • 4 tablespoons olive oil • 1 teaspoons salt • a pinch of pepper • some oregano • 1 clove of garlic • ½ tablespoon honey • some paprika • some hot chilli

  3. Preparation • chop the onion • press the garlic • pour olive oil into a frying pan • add the onions and fry them in the olive oil – don’t let it brown • add the mince into the onions and fry it until done • fry, adding a little water if necessary • add the tomatoes and concentrate • add the honey and the spices • simmer without lid on the pan

  4. Spaghetti Ingredients: • ½ kg spaghetti • water in a big pot • one tablespoon olive oil • one teaspoon salt • one tablespoon butter • grated parmesan cheese

  5. Pasta – preparation • boil water in the pan • add some olive oil and salt • add the pasta and make it "al dente“ • put it in the colander • rinse the spaghetti under cold water • put the pasta back into the pan • heat it up till it's hot

  6. Spaghetti Serve your spaghetti with grated parmesan cheese. Enjoy your meal!
