The Registration Cancellation program uses this date to determine when to begin cancelling classes of International Students who have not met any of the other payment criteria.

6. UT3056UG, YRTR Calendar cont. • Date type 0036, Registration Cancellation for Nonpayment; You MUST set the begin date of this date type to be the 6th day of the term or earlier. Registration cancellation due to nonpayment cannot take place for the term until the begin date of this date type has been reached. This date type is also used to determine the timing of web messages that will display to students. • Note about date type 0036: You may not drop students before this date but could continue to drop on a regular basis after this date. Some schools begin dropping well before the term start date. Some schools may wait until the 5th day and only run the drop program one time.

Students who were flagged with an N on the Dropped for Non-Payment Maintenance screen, AR2218UG, will be maintained. If the student had an N flag and is no longer a candidate they will be dropped off the list.
