  2. After School Tutorial vs. Extended Day Tutorial ASTS Focus 59% or lower Working with your own student in your room 2:00 pm – 2:30 pm EDT Focus 69% or lower With EDT staff in designated location Referring teacher responsible for prioritized list of assignments to EDT staff 2:15 pm – 3:30 pm

Pyramid of Intervention Referral Process Referring Teacher Responsibilities Contact parent re: student grade and referral to POI Inform student of referral –obtain signature on EDT contract on POI referral form Send referrals to Jean Sarcletti Include prioritized list of work and/or printed work not available from website Facilitators’ Responsibilities Confirm student POI schedule with parent Process all referrals Prepare and distribute POI schedule to staff Track POI attendance Send ConnectEd call on Fridays for EDT non-attendance Remove student after 3rd consecutive unexcused absence
