Article One House Qualifications 1.must be at least 25 years of age, 2.must have been a citizen of the United States for at least seven years, and 3.must be an inhabitant of the State from which he or she is elected. Elections Held every 2 years. Responsibilities 1.Can revenue bills. 2.Can impeach the senate 3.Can make laws. Senate 1.Must be 30 years old 2.Must be a United States citizen for nine years 3.Must live in the state from which you are elected Elections Held every 6 years Responsibilities 1.Propose laws 2.Appoint officers and judges 3.Handels foreign affairs

  3. Article two Qualifications 1.Must be born in the United States 2.Must be 35 years old 3.Must live in a state for 14 years Elections Elections are held every 4years Responsibilities 1.Controls armed forces 2.Appoint officers

  4. Article three Length of tenure-Life or until retirement Responsibilities-Administer punishment, adopt rules, develop local plans, review plans for budget, and allocate funding.

  5. Amendment one Amendment one describes our rights. Freedom of religion, speech, and press.

  6. Amendment 5 Trial of punishment, you cant be on trial for the same crime more than one time.

  7. Admendment14 Citizen rights, such as Life, Liberty, or Property.
