Article One: Legislative Branch and Congress and House of Represtatives • 1. Qualifications: • A. age: 25 • B. Citizenship: Seven years • C. Residency: Must live in the state for which you are elected. • 2. Elections: Every two years • 3. Responsibilities: impose and collect taxes and duties, borrow money, regulate commerce with foreign nations and among the states, coin money, establish post offices, declare war, raise and support an army and navy.
Senate • 1. Qualifications: • A. Age: 30 • B. Citizenship: nine years • C. Resident: must live in state for which you are elected • 2.Elections: every two years • Responsibilities: shall chose their other officers, shall have the sole power to try all impeachment.responsible for settling conflicts of interests between the different federal institutions, Confirm presidential appointments to the cabinet, May propose or concur with amendments on bills for raising revenue, just as on other bills
Article two: Executive branch • 1. Qualifications: • A. age: 35 • B. Citizenship: 14 years • C. Resident: you must be a natural born citizen or a citizen of the United States and be a resident for 14 years • 2. Elections: every four years • Responsibilities: Enforces laws and approves and veto’s laws, shall be vested in a president of the United States of America, the veto can be overridden by a two-thirds majority in both houses, a law can be voided if the Supreme Court deems it unconstitutional.
Article Three: Judicial Branch • A. the length of tenure shall be six years • B.Responablities: determining the meaning of the Constitution and ensuring that federal law is administered justly, competing interpretations of federal law arise, the judicial branch must offer clarification by way of setting "precedent" for future cases through its rulings, competing interpretations of federal law arise, ensure that laws written by the legislative branch and signed by the executive branch are congruent with the Constitution.
Amendment: One • I Believe that the amendment one is about the freedom of speech or the right of the people peaceably
