  20. NAD Assumptions 1. Mass release of existing SDA reports created for the Southern Union within School Minder at no charge to NAD. 2. Beginning year 2, Hunter will provide the first 20 hours of maintenance for existing SDA reports within School Minder and GradeQuick at no charge to NAD for supported customers. Each hour over 20 hours will be billed to NAD at $95/hour. 3. Any and all new report development, testing and documentation will be funded by NAD at $95 per hour. Hunter may elect to develop at no charge to NAD.
