  1. Food Drive Poster Graphic Design I

Greeley Central High School’s Student Council is putting on a Food Drive to help the Weld Food Bank raise donations of food and money. • As the designer you are to create a poster that has all of the information necessary to communicate with the viewer. • Think about your audience (your classmates) and how you can reach them with a particular design.

  3. Requirements • You are to create a PhotoShop document that is: • 8.5 X 11 inches • RGB Color • 300 Resolution • YOU MAY ONLY USE ONE IMAGE FROM THE INTERNET AND YOU CAN REPEAT IT AS MANY TIMES AS NEEDED • Use shapes, colors and filters within the program to create your own background and design. (Think Elements & Principles of Art!) • All information is required and spelt correctly! • Points will be taken off if any of the above is missing, so make sure to double check.

  4. Important Information • Food Drive • Contest during 3rd block classes to see which class comes up with the most donations of canned food or cash money. • First place winning class will have a class party where the Student Council will reward with burritos. • 1 point per item or $1 equals 2 points • Sponsored by the Student Council • From Nov 1st- November 15th2012 • Donated food and money will go towards community families for the Holidays!
