  1. 27TH ANNUAL CALIFORNIA STATE UNIVERSITY STUDENT RESEARCH COMPETITION 2013 • CSUF and CSU are holding research competitions to promote excellence in student scholarly research and creative activity. The competition is open to undergraduate and graduate students across all disciplines. • CSUF Student Research Competition is on Feb. 27th – March 1st, 2013 • (Selected students will continue to the CSU competition.) • CSU Student Research Competition is on May 10th -11th, 2013 at Cal Poly Pomona • Prizes for CSUF competition: • 1st: $300 2nd: $200 3rd: $100 • How to apply • See www.fullerton.edu/research/StudentResources/ for application and instructions. • Students must submit an application and Written Narrative by February 18th, 2013 5:00pm. • Students will give a 10-minute oral presentation at CSUF (February 27th – March 1st). • Selected students will present at the CSU research competition (May 10th – 11th). • A workshop to help prepare students for the CSUF competition will be held on Feb. 15.
