Finance Report • The 2010 budget allows growth of the Defence Fund to $575,000 by year-end • TEAM also holds a number of other significant investments in reserve, including ethical funds and MTS shares

Pension Lawsuit ReportTimeline • Jan 1997 – New plan established • In 1998 MTS began a 5¼ year contribution holiday, exhausting the initial 100% employee generated $49M surplus • Nov 2008 – Thirteen-week trial concludes • Jan 2010 – MTS to pay $100M to plan members • Apr 2010 – MTS filed a Notice of Appeal • Jun 2010 – MTS Stay application in court • Dec 2010 – Appeal hearing (Dec 13th to 15th)
