  3. Brendan Williams got J.D., University of Washington School of Law in 1977 and he earned M.A., Criminal Justice, Washington State University Alpha Phi Sigma National Criminal Justice Honor Society (3.8 GPA).

  4. Brendan Williams earned M.A., Criminal Justice, Washington State University Alpha Phi Sigma National Criminal Justice Honor Society (3.8 GPA) in 1994.
