2. Ingredients Water A clear plastic bottle Food colouring Alka-seltzer(or in my case a berocca tablet snapped into pieces

3. Predict and observe P:I predict that there will be drops of oil floating in the water O: I observed that when I put drops of red food colouring in, they turned in to mini balls and floated down and rested where the oil and water met. Then when I added the broken bit of berocca the fizz broke some of the food colouring balls and made the water go red. When I added the second bit of berocca it sunk to the bottom and then floated back up to where the water met the oil and burst up in groups of bubbles.

4. Explain E: Oil sat at the top and the oil sat at the bottom because the two did not mix very well. So the food colouring falls to the bottom and mixes in with the water. The berocca tablet fizzed and let off gas which floated to the top and took some food colouring with it
