ICE BREAKERS How is your life going? How has your day been so far? Anything exciting happen today? What’s new with you? Is this your full time job?? Been here for a while? Have I ever met you before?? Looks like a busy place here. Hi, I’m Lynn…you looked like someone I would like to meet. You have a great attitude…..personality…smile… You have been such a help to me…I don’t usually find people like you. Love the outfit!!! You must be shopper. How long did it take you to do your eyes! You’re a busy Mom….I remember that.
Script we have been using. Hi Tom, This is Lynn. (met you at…) Our team of entreprenuers have been brainstorming and your name came up. (Compliment) When is a good time this week to get together for 20 minutes…give you an overview of what we are doing to deal with this economy financially. If you get “what is it”? It is an income source derived from some of the biggest trends in Internet Marketing.
Key Points for Conducting Appointments • A. Define a time frame in the beginning and watch the time closely. Start your follow-up process at the start. • Build rapport through only asking questions. Focus on learning as much as possible about the individual. • Listen for key indicators that they may be open to starting a new venture or be a “ready, willing, and able” person. • Then…continue to ask questions and permission to show them more information • Be relaxed, sit back, enjoy getting to meet this person, be engaged in everything they say!
QUESTIONS????? You MUST learn this skill!! I mean it is ESSENTIAL. It is a KEY to success. PRACTICE like six figures forever depends on this skill.
So, tell me about you!!!! (Job, background experience • What do you love about your job? • What are the negatives, if, any in what you do? • What skills have you acquired? • Do you consider yourself a leader? • Have you been affected by the economy? • Are you better off financially than last year? • Are you in the process of making any changes for yourself?
Can you describe the perfect situation for yourself? Dreams and Goals?? Have you owned a business in the past? Ever considered it? Tell me how you view sales? Is it an area of concern for you? How do you use the internet? Surfing? Shopping? Tell me about your communication skills? What other skills make you successful? What problem would go away if you had all the money you needed? What kind of money are you looking for?
What would you find it most important to learn in the next______minutes? • What else would you like to get information on? • How can I best assist you in the information gathering process? • Are you interested in learning about products? • Are you interested in learning about how the internet ties in? • Are you interested in learning how we are compensated in this model? • Who else is a decision maker? • What is your decision making process? • What is our next step?
Hi Tom, This is Lynn. Say, I hope everything is OK. I left you several messages on our next step. We left off with you wanting to see the compensation model. Thought I would let you know that my team and I have selected our 2 partners to train for the next quarter. It’s amazing the success they are having already.
