  3. Do this! • Think as many ideas as possible. • Think freely, use your imagination. • Build on other people’s ideas, synthesize new ideas. • Record each person’s ideas. • Set criteria to choose the best idea.

  4. Don’t do this! • Don’t criticize other people’s opinions. • Don’t keep silence. • Don’t spend too much time on discussing the cause. • Don’t spend too much time on discussing the details.
