  2. Communication • Effective communication skills are very important if somebody wants to succeed as a leader. • Ellen DeGeneres has good communication skills because she can hold a conversation with anybody and get her ideas across.

  3. Honesty • A leader should always be honest with the people that are ‘following’ him, or else things could turn out negatively. Honesty is a very important trait when it comes to leadership. • Joan Rivers is a honest person because she’s not afraid to let her opinion be known.

  4. Inspiring • A good leader motivates. They should be worth idolizing. • Anne Frank was inspiring because she kept her outlook on everything positive, even though she was going through a lot of struggles.

  5. Broad Minded • Being broad can help a leader when things aren't going as planned. A good leader should be open for ideas and suggestions. • The Beatles are broad minded they made music about what they thought was important and changed the view of music.
