WUFC Mission • One-Stop Shop for students’ finance-related questions and needs throughout their four years in Wharton • Educate students about financial topics • Help prepare members for careers in the financial industries • Provide networking opportunities with companies, alumni, and other professionals

Involvement Opportunities • Position: Freshman Board Member (one year program) • Short Description: the Freshman Board member is responsible for shadowing the board members and taking the initiative to spearhead new events • Specific Responsibilities • Work with the VP of Marketing for the design of marketing materials • Assist the VP of Technology for online sign-up sheets for RSVP-needed events, listserv blasts, spreadsheets of participants, etc. • Collaborate with the VP of Corporate Relations on reaching out and managing the club’s corporate sponsors • Coordinate with the VP of External Affairs in organizing speaker events and professor luncheons • Strong performers have the opportunity to join the Board as Vice-Presidents • Not restricted to freshmen, all new members invited to apply! • How to Apply: send your resume and a short answer (max. 250 words) to the question “As a WUFC Freshman Board Member, what would be your first initiative?” to whartonfinanceclub@gmail.com before Friday, September 25th at 5:00pm.
