3. Chronology • Registered in 1999,and the expending construction divides into four stages. First stage, total investment is US$25 million in this stage. Grand breaking in Apr 2001, and trial run in May 2002; start official population in July 2002, annual producing q’ty is 54,000 tons。 • Stage 2 started construction in October 2002,total investment is US$8.60 million; set-up 2 set reactors, annual producing q’ty increased to 68,000 tons。 • Products are approved by Department of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation of Guangdong Province (GDDOFTEC)in June 2003,“Project is encouraged to develop by the country” • Became ISO9001：2000 and ISO14001：2004 certificated plantby BVQI-Taiwan Approval

Chronology • Wastewater treatment system (capacity: 300tons/day)and Waste liquid incinerator (capacity: 1350kg/hr) start-up in November 2004. • A new set reactor set-up in June 2007.And annual producing q’ty increases to 96500 tons. At the same time, confirmed by Zhuhai Foreign Trade And Economic Cooperation Bureau “Advanced technology corporation” • Gas incinerator (capacity: 12000M3/hr start-up) in September 2007 • Judged by China Association of Enterprise with Foreign Investment(CAEFI) “year 2005-2006 best foreign investment corporation” in November 2007.
