Programme Overview A Staged Process Involving: 1. Overall Boarding Windows 2019 - Transition & Net New Transition Net New • The below criteria must be met in order to meet the Net New timescales; • Call Off Agreement signed Week 1 • All workbook templates complete and signed off Week 2 • Consolidated Invoicing with PO if required Week 4 OR One POPW with a PO in place one week before worker is due on site • Assumptions • Use of existing job templates (If New Job Templates are required, the impact of this will be evaluated in the transition window as our ability to accommodate will be dependent on the make-up of CA’s in that schedule) • No technical integrations required e.g. Basware for EPC. • Only a single ‘billing entity’ configuration is required in Fieldglass. • Supplier sign up is at the discretion of PSR Supplier Management team. • Authorities that are predicting hiring 250+ workers per year will be assessed to determine if a bespoke implementation plan is required.
