This paper presents the design of a cubic function generator for frequency compensation in TCXO. It includes circuit designs for cubic term voltage conversion at low and high temperatures, cubic wave temperature sensor, voltage multiplier, and temperature stability analysis. The technology used is TSMC 0.35 μm, with a 3.3-volt single supply and a power draw of 22 mW. Future plans involve TCXO implementation, temperature sensors, VCXO, and a programmable resistor bank.
