    3. Class Credit How do you earn “credit” in each of your classes?

    4. Class Credit 2 semesters in one year Receive 5 units/credits per class each semester when passing grade is earned (A, B, C, D-) Which equals 10 units/credits per class each year (with a passing grade) Must attend summer school if you fail a class needed for graduation

    5. Graduation Requirements Do students need to take certain classes to graduate?

Graduation Requirements 4 years English 3 years Social Science 2 years Math (must pass Algebra 1) 2 years Science 1 year Life Science (Biology) 1 year Physical Science (Earth Science, Physics or Chemistry) 2 years Physical Education/Military Science Health (1 semester) 3 years (2 out of 3 categories) Fine Arts Applied Arts Foreign Language 55 units of General Electives CAHSEE (California High School Exit Exam) Total Units Needed for Graduation = 220)
