Day Two… • National Weather Service has upgraded the warning… • Record Snowfall… Possibly 24” • Winds approaching 35 – 40 MPH. 50 MPH Gusts possible. • Temps after snowfall will be Minus 8 to Minus 15 …

Impact • Streets are impassable. I80-94, I65, 421, all county roads shutdown…. • Power Outages everywhere. Including PNW (Hammond). • Fallen trees in Hammond… Westville….
HOUSING? • No power! No Heat! • Temp will drop in Housing 1 degree per hour in subzero temps… in 24 hours we will be at 45 degrees…

Two Days of Subzero and then a Thaw.. • Move Students back to Housing? • How do we resume classes? • How do we communicate our plans?
