  2. Great Britain’s Homefront War was met with great support! Great Britain(GB) asked for 100,000 men but received 750,000. Great Britain suffered from Zeppelin &U boat raids Rationing Great Britain’s Homeguard.

  3. Great Britains’ Colonies Australia & New Zealand- Felt a Bond India-believed that will get independence by supporting GB Their treatment- They were used as cannon fodder by the British Were not given much for helping.

  4. Germany’s Homefront Huge support for the war! Surrounded on all sides Rationing imposed Substituted normal food with ersatz food. Substituted normal clothing with cheap , frail clothing. But still morale was high….

  5. Propaganda During The Great War Money and War Bonds Patriotism and enlisting Drawing people against the enemy

  6. Liberty Bonds Countries Needed money Propaganda brought people against the enemy Made them want to buy War Bonds to support their country and be patriotic People felt like they were helping their country

  8. Rationing • DORA (Defense Of the Realm Act) passed in Britain • Restricted people’s rights to buy alcohol and melt metals • Government had the right to censor newspapers and take people’s property • No one knew what they were eating
