    1. Physician Practice Information Survey RUC Meeting – April 23, 2008 (updated 4/30/2008)

    2. Survey Re-launch Dmrkynetec mailed survey packets in three waves from late January through late March. All sample for each specialty (1,000 per specialty) was released. More than 50,000 physicians received the survey packet. 100 interviewers began calling the first wave on January 31. All physicians should have received at least one phone call. Some physicians have received as many as 15 calls.
