ST JACOB’S - SUMMARY • Location of Property: A 1.2 hectares property in the city centre of Vilnius overlooking the Neris River and adjacent the largest park square in the city. One minute walk from the main thoroughfare of Gedimino Avenue. • Development Plan: 21,000 gross square metre mixed use project with 13,860 gross square metres of commercial space and 7,080 gross square metres of residential space at the property. The project will be constructed in 2 stages, commercial first and then residential. The property will also have 350 underground parking places. • Planning Stage: Detail Plan by Vilnius Municipality City Council approved in April 2008. Building permission forecast to be granted by March 2008.

ST JACOB’S – PLANNING PROCESS • Planning Timetable: (i) Master Plan: property has been approved for city centre use (office, retail and residential) (ii) Pre-project study approved by State and Municipal Heritage Departments (iii) Public Consultation completed (iv) Detail Plan approved in April 2008 (v) Building Permission by Q2 2009
ST JACOB’S – CONSTRUCTION PROCESS • Construction Timetable: (i) Start of construction of 13,860 square metres of new commercial buildings in Q2 2009. (ii) Completion of construction of new commercial buildings in 15 months. (iii) Start of construction/renovation of 7,080 square metres of residential buildings on completion of the new commercial buildings. (iv) Completion of construction/renovation of residential buildings in 13 months.

LUKISKIU SQUARE • Vilnius Municipality is preparing for the refurbishment of Lukiskiu Square, which is immediately adjacent to the property. Below is an example from the architectural competition that has taken place.
