  3. OBJECTIVES • No. of orders: 10% current order • Introduce new buyers from Thailand • Understanding of garment market trend and voluntary buyers requirements • Increase export value • Lesson learnt( eg. new idea to design new styles )

  4. PRODUCT SELECTION • Survey - Garment exports to Thailand in recent years - Demand of garment Category in Thailand Clothes? shoes? etc

  6. SME SELECTION Criteria -Category ( SMEs of garment ) -Qualified certifications (eg ISO 9001:2008) -Self-created brand -Middle level product -No. of seats (25 Chinese 25 Thai )

ACTIVITIES INVOLVED • Pre event - Fund received and budget - Survey /research - Event objective and target groups determined - Joint organizer (Thailand) confirmed - Coordinate with FTI Thailand - Agenda - Date and venue of event confirmed - Promotion materials - Announcement to member suppliers in China - Screen the name list of companies China and sent to FTI Thailand - List and selection of buyers from Thailand

  8. ACTIVITIES INVOLVED cont • During event - Logistics arrangement (eg. Accommodation/ticket/venue) - Success controls - Buyers survey - Observation • Post event - Analysis of the participants? - Corporate objectives achieved? - Follow up with suppliers and FTI - Final report - Lesson learnt
