Activities to Date Consulting Contracts to Assist in Research – Colorado Perspective History of Colorado Energy Industry Regulatory Incentives (Dr. Gary Schmitz) Develop an index of decision numbers and docket numbers for energy industry incentives (Colorado) Provide a context for the past decisions to adopt or modify incentives Presentation here today; Findings will be posted to Commission’s web site Status of Staff Research Activities and Upcoming Deliverables

Activities to Date Consulting Contracts to Assist in Research –National Perspective National Regulatory Research Institute (NRRI) Goal –Identify utility incentive structures (both forms of regulation and specific incentive mechanisms) in other states Understand the goals and the factors influencing the effectiveness of those structures NRRI Team: Scott Hempling, Nancy Brockway, Ken Costello, and David Boonin Status of Staff Research Activities and Upcoming Deliverables
