Original Philosophy • Staged approach, separating the two activities: • Upload of contributions by authors and initial processing by editors, assigning dots (green means OK to referee) • Refereeing by designated referees (once the system parameter has been set to allow refereeing activity) 2008 JACoW Team Meeting

  3. Problem is … This philosophy does not allow • Continued upload of contributions by participants AND • Refereeing of those papers which have received a green dot 2008 JACoW Team Meeting

  4. Request to Matt Take into consideration that contributors do not respect submission deadlines, requiring that we: • Allow the two activities in parallel: • File upload by contributors • Refereeing of papers already processed 2008 JACoW Team Meeting
