BUMED Monthly Interim & Final Authorization Reports for DMHRSi • Monitors: • % of Submitted Timecards • % of Approved Timecards • Number of outstanding HR data issues • Number Occupation Code-Skill Type Mismatches (SUOC)
DoD Batch & Timecard Status Report Beginning with the FY11, all MTFs and DTFs will be required to have 100% Timecard Compliance. The current 95% threshold will no longer apply

SUOC Mismatches This report is run from the DMHRSi Desk Reference Access Database utilizing the EAS Assigned Personnel Report This column displays the Skill Type & Suffix in DMHRSi This column displays the correct Skill Type & Suffix if incorrect based on the Occupation Code Table. If this column is blank, it indicates that the SUOC value is not a valid combination and you must research this information
Monthly DQ Metrics for DMHRSi Submitted and Approved Timecards is part of the Monthly DQ Statement submitted by each MTF
BUMED Monitors Assigned FTEs for Skill Type 1 & 2 for All Commands • Changes in Manpower from one FY to the next: • Does this increase or decrease represent a policy change or trend?
BUMED also monitors Average Assigned & Average Available FTEs Are Personnel being utilized correctly? Is the AMD aligned correctly with the MTF’s mission?
GME/GDE FTEs • BUMED Guidance and Navy Business Rules require Interns and Residents to be assigned to the GME/GDE Special Program FCCs: • FAM – GME Interns & Residents • FAN - GDE Residents • FAO – GME Fellowship Full Time Research • FAP - GME Fellowship (Non-Research) • FAQ – GDE Fellowship
MEWACS Moment • TMA monitors EAS outliers monthly and distributes the information through the MEPRS Management Improvement Group (MMIG) • The monthly MEWACS Moment highlights service specific outliers • Each Service must address the outliers by completing the monthly MEWACS Moment
MEWACS Moment All outliers must be addressed on a monthly basis on the Data Quality Statement. BUMED provides the Service explanation to TMA
