Mer vård per anställd ”100% av den arbetsföra befolkningen måste jobba i vården om 15 år”, sa kommunalrådet. Leverera mycket mer vård med samma besättning!

Problem 1: Slow management Top healthcare management: ”There are certain things we can NEVER change. We that have been around a long time, we KNOW…” 2 million years of development show us that we cannot say this.
Problem 2: The systems • Invest a little, save a lot, but on a different account. The economical systems sub-optimize. • Staff say that the patients do not want anything to change! Patients do, they want everything to change to patient-centric. Look at “Kry”. Technology does not take away anything.
What will care look like in 50 years? • Data-driven processes and Artificial Intelligence will be standard. • Patient-centric care, on their terms. • Care and well-being is integrated, predictive care. • A lot of cyborg-like stuff correcting faults in our bodies.
