Why EAP? • Employees who are equipped with tools to manage any issue that may arise in life are employees who will have the best attendance, attention and productivity on the job. • Supervisors who are equipped with tools to manage any issues related to employee or team performance will lead teams with the best attendance, attention and productivity on the job. • Organizations who are equipped with tools to manage any issues related to employee, supervisor or team performance will lead organizations with the BEST engagement, retention, and performance outcomes.
