Comprehensive Radiographic Diagnosis for ACL Tear in a 39-Year-Old Male Mechanic

This case study follows a 39-year-old white male mechanic with left knee pain stemming from multiple athletic and on-the-job injuries. With no significant medical history, physical examination revealed an antalgic gait favoring the left lower extremity, effusion, and a positive Lachman test. Through radiographic evaluation, a definitive diagnosis of an ACL tear was made.
