Does this sound like you? • I am challenged when I have to talk with and engage employees in a discussion about how performance improvement. • I don’t always know how and when to assert myself as a leader. • I am not always clear how to align my goals and the goals of my team with the City of Dallas’ strategic direction. • It is challenging for me to adjust or flex my communication style to work effectively with others with different communication and personality styles.

Class Information • Dates: May - September 2009 • One eight-hour altitude each month for five months • 8 session dates available per altitude • See City University Course Catalog on the City University webpage for date options • Time: 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. • Location: City University – Eco Park • 5215 Simpson Stuart Important Note: Participants must attend ALL five altitudes successively.
