  2. 目標 • 本社目前經常接受水果及蔬菜之檢定工作，惟欠缺專業知識，故應加強此點. • 檢定柑橘屬水果時,常遇到之各種異常情形的英文正確術語.

  3. Stone Fruit 定義 • Fruits of the botanical family Rosaceae that contain a single hard seed, called a stone, pit, or pip.(植物學屬薔薇科, 果實內有一顆硬核種子) • The term includes plums, cherries, greengages, peaches, apricots, almonds, and sloes.

  4. Disease of Stone Fruit • Alternaria Rot, Anthracnose or Bitter Rot, Bacterial Rot, Blue Mould Rot, Brown Rot, Cladosporium Rot, Grey Mould Rot, Pustular Spot, Rhizopus Rot, Rust and other diseases (Black Mould, Botryodiplodia Rot, Botryosphaeria Rot, Diplodina Rot, Mucor Rot, Phomopsis Rot, Pink Mould Rot, Powdery Mildew, Scab & Sour Rot)

  16. Disorders of Citrus Fruits • 所謂Citrus Fruits(柑橘類)包括 Lemon, Lime, citron, orange and grapefruits. • 柑橘類自然損傷過程大致為先軟化, 再於表皮呈現凹陷及褐色斑 接下來便開始腐爛.

  17. 柑橘類自然損傷之情況及其用語 • Softening: 果實明顯軟化 但無法以硬度計測試其硬度

  18. Skin breakdown: 果皮出現明顯下凹之現象 有時在下凹處同時變成褐色(Browning).

  19. Stem End Aging: 若Skin Breakdown之現象出現於蒂頭周圍 或蒂頭周圍呈現乾枯皺紋(shriveling) 則稱Stem End Aging 俗稱敗頭 .

  20. Decay: 輕微之腐爛 果皮明顯軟化 並略為透明化 由腐爛處切開後 果肉與果皮呈現分離狀態.

  21. Decay: 嚴重之腐爛 果皮發霉

  22. Scarring: 果實表皮出現褐色紋路 但未下凹 稱為風紋 不影響果肉 是不可追償之項目
