  4. Bank Comfort Letter Procedure 1. The client will submit their BCL request along with FCO, pro forma invoice, Sales and Purchase agreement or ICPO to BWT. 2. After reviewing the submitted documents, the approval or refusal of the BCL request will be informed to the client. 3. If the BCL MT799 application has been approved by BWT, the client needs to sign the service agreement and inform them to pay the admin charges to begin work on their transaction. 4. After the client sign the service agreement, they need to provide additional documents needed and pay for the BCL issuance fee charges. 5. Upon receipt of issuance fee charges and related documents, we will issue the BCL MT799 in our bank in behalf of the buyer and in favor of their seller to close their trade deal.
