  1. Often referred as LC or DLC, Letter of Credit is a guarantee, issued by a bank at their clients’ (buyer) request; in favor of the supplier. This Letter of Credit assures that the seller will receive the payment in a specified currency within the certain time period, as agreed in the contract. Due to the nature & risks involved in international dealings, the use of Letter of Credit has become a major trait of international trade. Unfortunately, not everyone is able to get this type of guarantee that they may need to keep their business growing, because of the demands & securities of the bank. Usually, banks may demand cash margin, or third party assurance to substantiate the issuance of LC. Unlike traditional banking, Bronze Wing Trading assists traders by providing Letter of Credit from European banks without pledging any financial collateral from their end. Follow the simple steps given below to avail LC from us:-

  2. 1.The client submits their LC request to BWT in terms of Sales & Purchase Agreement or Proforma Invoice of their trade deal. 2.Our team at BWT analyzes their trade deal carefully to decide whether their request is approved or not. 3.If approved, we will inform the client & ask them to pay their admin charges to start working on their LC transaction. 4.Once we received the admin charges, we will proceed with their LC transaction & send the LC draft for their review & approval. 5.The client verifies the LC draft & acknowledge their approval to us. 6.Once we receive the LC draft approval from the client, we will inform them to pay the LC issuance fee & the needed documents to proceed further. 7.After receiving the documents & issuance fee from the client, we will request our bank to issue the LC as per the approved draft. Our bank will open the Letter of Credit and will transmit via authenticated Swift MT700 to the supplier’s bank account within 2 banking days.
