2. Referee Game Reports • 1 Step Process • #1 GameOfficials.net • SUBMIT REPORTS WITHIN 48 HOURS OF GAME PLAYED!

3. Assistant Referees • Assignments maintained in GameOfficials.net • AR’s NEED ONLY to confirm their game assignments are correct in GameOfficials for payment purposes. • AR’s are NOT responsible for submitting scores/reports unless requested. • Referee crew must communicate any assignment changes with your Assignor for payroll updates in GameOfficials.

6. GameOfficials.net Log in to your GameOfficials.net account Make sure you are in the correct assignor group Select After Games

7. GameOfficials – After Games Select correct date range from drop down to include game to report (can include day, week, month range)

8. After Game Maintenance Enter game score Read carefully - answer game summary questions Crew change can be indicated on this screen Notes about crew change can be made, this is NOT where Yellow and Red cards are reported SAVE!

9. Incident Report aka - Supplemental Game Report Must be submitted for yellow/red cards, injuries, field conditions and other incidents From After Game Info Screen Click Incident Reports

10. Incident Report After clicking on Incident Reports complete the screen to provide details Provide detail description of incident, reason for card issued Select Submit to Secretary/League SAVE!

11. Incident Reports Multiple Incidents? Click Add a New Incident Report Must submit an entry for each incident

12. Report Summary • Following completion of the After Games steps referee can view • Summary of incident reports AND • Complete USSF Report format • Visit Reports (Main Menu)

13. Report Summary Select Game Incident Reports from list Enter date range to include game report submitted, select leagues Get Report from top right of screen Summary of your Incident Reports

14. USSF Report Format From the report summary screen click on the information icon An Incident Report Information box opens Select the view as HTML or pdf to save as a USSF Report

15. Finished! • Any player/coach pass retained for a send off must be mailed with a copy of the incident report to the CYS office THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIMELY GAME REPORTS!
