  2. Most of the buildings will be demolished sooner or later. In the process of work a lot of waste is formed.

  3. What shall we do with these wastes? recycling land filling

  4. Construction waste Consist of : 63% – crushed brick 26% – ferroconcrete items breakage

  5. Construction wastes 11% – wood wastes and scrap metal

  6. Procedure We need some Demolition permit Regulations for preparation and execution of earth-moving work

  7. Procedure In order to demolish any building you need to implement the following procedure: • prepare the draft for demolition of the building, • get Demolition permit,

  8. Procedure • move the people who are staying in the building and offices • make ready the territory for the demolition, • demolish the building

  9. Procedure • clean up the territory, • remove and recycle construction wastes

  10. Actual problems Customer must be sure that contractor has all the needed documents such as a Permission for operation with wastes

  11. Re-using and recycling The rate of recycling of all dismantled construction material is only 1% There is no sorting of construction rubble at all

  12. There are some open reasons: • Lack of information about sources of materials, composition of materials, including information of specification, standards, legislation and performance

  13. High costs of transportation and material storage; • Complications with legislation: it is necessary to convert construction rubble from the class of waste to the class of recyclable materials.
