Weeks of Boot Camp • Week 1: Initiation and briefing to the Corps. • Week 2: First day in the barracks • Week 3: Bayonet assault course • Week 4: Pugil Sticks (PvP) • Week 5: MCMAP (Martial arts and combat) • Week 6: Rappelling training • Week 7: Rifle safety training • Week 8: Firing live rounds • Week 9: Obstacle course
Weeks of Boot Camp (continued) • Week 10: simulated battle situations • Week 11: The Crucible(54 hour test) • Week 12: Initiation ceremony
Officer pay and benefits • Median Pay: $23,583 per year • Benefits: high pay, medical and dental care provided, and cheap life insurance
Enlisted Pay and Benefits • Pay: $1,399.50 a month • Benefits: tuition access, quality health care, and 30 days of vacation
