  2. Prototype pipeline • No automated flagging, please test using pre-flagged measurement set • Provide feedback on the following: • Did the pipeline run to completion successfully? (If no, submit JIRA ticket…) • How does an image of your calibrated target compare with your original by-hand calibration? • What plots are useful, what other plots or output would you like to see? • If you could specify some limited number of inputs, what would they be? • Could you use the output of this pipeline as a first step for further processing, or would you start over to produce your science quality images? • Heuristics • To run pipeline: • >casapy • >execfile(‘/home/ancho/pipeline/EVLA_pipeline.py’) • …and enter the SDM name (or root of ms file, assumes SDMname.ms) • Pipeline testers meeting will be 9am on Fridays
