  2. Dulwich College, China IS HOSTING THE 2012 U13 Friendly FOBISSEA GAMES May 2nd – 6th 2012 RALLY AROUND THE FLAG! WE NEED YOUR HELP TO MAKE THIS A GREAT EVENT.

U15 GAMES DATES • Wednesday 2nd May: ARRIVAL DAY and Welcoming dinner • Thursday 3rd May: SWIMMING at Dushu Pool and ATHLETICS at Dulwich • Friday 4th May: FOOTBALL (Boys) and BASKETBALL (Girls) • Saturday 5th May: FOOTBALL (Girls) and BASKETBALL (Boys) (GALA DINNER) • Sunday 6th May: DEPARTURE DAY/Arrive Late

  5. ATHLETE’S HOTEL ‘Mercure Hotel’ The official Games hotel is the Mercure Hotel, Suzhou. It is located just 10 minutes away from Dulwich College where the football, basketball and athletics will be held and 20 minutes from Dushu swimming pool.   6. PARTICIPATION FEE Includes: • Flights and transfers • Transport to other venues • Accommodation, breakfast and dinner costs • Any necessary trophies & signage • Medals for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place and participation medals • PARTICIPATION BAG: • Official programmes for all participants • Participation Medals to all participants • T-shirts to all members of official school parties • Lunches/snacks/drinks/ice on competition days • Dinner at the Presentation Gala Evening • Hire of facilities, Medical/Ambulance attendance, payment of officials/labour, bottled water, ice and insurance

  7. Flights and Travel Plans All students will need to arrive at school on 1st of May at 10.00pm to depart for the airport We will be arrive back at school on 7th May at about 4.00am. Plan to organize MPR for students to nap/watch movie until parents can pick of child. Before 7am.

  8. Team Kits • Option to purchase or use school kits. Cost for personalized kit: Football include socks- 550bht, basketball/aths- 550bht, Swim kits-600bht- All students will receive a hat • Sizes • 3p – 3 • 2p – 34 • P – 36 • ss – 40 • m – 42 • l - 44 • xl – 46 • 2xl – 48 and 3xl – 50/52
