3. Characters • Percy is the son of Poseidon, the sea god • Grover is a keeper, Percy`s bodyguard and a satyr, a person that is a goat from the waist-down • Annabeth is a daughter of Athena, goddess of wisdom

4. About the Book Percy has this problem where he is blamed for stealing Zeus` Master Bolt. Poseidon and Hades had their symbol of power stolen from them too. Percy is framed and there might be a war that makes World War II minor.

5. Resolution • At the end, Percy got framed and returned everything and everything is normal but there was still lots of tension about the gods and titans.

6. !!!Opinion!!! • I thought the book was interesting and great! It was a little suspenseful but fine.

9. Summary Percy went to a school and met a Fury then weird things happened. He went to a trip with his mom, Grover came, and his mom got captured by the Minotaur. Percy went to a camp, more weird things happened, found he was a son of Poseidon and got a quest. He met foes that were mostly gods and monsters. He went to the Underworld, Proved himself innocent and almost everything is back to normal.
