  1. 08/20/07 IGF-IR beta ICC Results Round 2 (Summary) • All controls (buffer, secondary (Alexa 488/555), Ms and Rb IgG) are clean for both PCDNA3 and IGF- IR Transfections • IGF-IR beta (Santa Cruz sc-713) beautiful at 1:800 dilution in IGF-IR TRANSFECTION SLIDES ONLY • Beta Tubulin (Sigma T4026) beautiful at 1:100 dilution (PCDNA3 + IGF-IR transfections) • Alpha Tubulin (Sigma T6199) beautiful at 1:200 dilution (PCDNA3 + IGF-IR transfections) • p53 (Cell Signalling 2527 rb) beautiful at 1:50 dilution (PCDNA3 + IGF-IR) • VCP (BD V39620) weak but present at 1:25 dilution (PCDNA3 + IGF-IR transfections) • RKIP (PEBP) (Santa Cruz sc-5426) weak but present at 1:25 (PCDNA3 + IGF-IR transfections) • Tropomyosin (Biomeda V3080) NO STAINING at 1:25 (PCDNA3 + IGF-IR transfections) • 14-3-3 (Santa Cruz sc-1657) NO STAINING at 1:50 (PCDNA3 + IGF-IR transfections) • Prohibitin (Thermo Scientific) NO STAINING at 1:50 (PCDNA3 + IGF-IR transfections) • CONCLUSIONS: • ***Co-staining of IGF-IR and tubulin (alpha and beta) indicates same results as previous round.*** No other significant pattern found with other antibodies. (Also, cells were highly confluent this round)
