  1. e5 Tips - Miscellaneous Command Column The command column is at the side of journal lines and for example the list of nominals that are linked to a cost centre. It can be used for a number of different commands Searching In all enquiries you can add search filters to the enquiry results Sorting In all columns you can select a column heading to sort it in ascending/descending order . You just need to right-click and select. A triangle will appear next to the column heading to indicate the sort order. In the above example, the Status column is sorted in ascending order.

  2. E5 Tips – Personal Query You can personalise or customise your queries if, for example, the column you want to see is off to the right of the screen or you want to hide columns

  3. E5 Tips - Favourite Enquiry Some times you run the same enquiry, for example looking at the same cost centres transactions on a regular basis. Instead of entering the same details time and time again you can set up a favourite enquiry Now whenever you select the Favourites icon your Enquiry will appear in the list
