FIBC Products • FIBC Bags also known as Jumbo Bags/ Bulk Bags, are one of the most cost effective types of packing for storage and transportation of a wide range of materials such as chemicals, food, metal etc. Manufactured from tubular/ flat woven fabric, these bags have a large storage capacity. • These bags are custom designed as per the client's requirement, thus offering a wide range of bags to choose from. • We offer bags for both single-trip (5:1) and multi-trip (6:1 or 8:1) purposes. The SWL Range of the bags start from 250 kg up to 2000 kg. • All our FIBC bags are manufactured in accordance with ISO 21898 and certificates held after testing at reputed labs across the globe.

  3. 4 LOOP FIBC BAGS The Standard Bag includes Builder Bags, Tunnel Lift Bags, Corner and Cross-Corner Loop bags with various Top and Bottom attachment options. Designed to carry load ranging from 500 to 2000 kgs, with Safety Factor of 5:1/ 6:1, such bags offer better storage and transportation against the traditional woven sacks. The Builder Bags are primarily used to store construction materials like gravel, sand, stone etc. and are of the construction Open Top and Flat Bottom. Tunnel Lift Bags are an improved version of the Builder Bags which helps reduce manpower cost and filling time of the bags.

Q FIBC BAGS • The Q bag design is constructed by sewing polypropylene baffles across the four corners of the FIBC bag. • Thus, when the bag is filled, the baffles prevent the sides from bulging out or falling over when being stored or transported, giving the bags a straight shape.. • Baffle Bags find their application in the Food, Chemical and Pharmaceutical industries • UN CERTIFIED Bags • UN Bags are designed to carry hazardous products and their use is regulated by the UN Association, commonly known as the Orange Book.

VENTILLATED BAGS • These Bags are specially designed to store food items like potatoes, onions etc. The ventilated fabric permits the required air flow through the fabric into the bag, thus preventing spoilage due to moisture and mold build-up. • Usage of FIBC Ventilated Bags have eased the common supply chain issues of handling, storing and transporting food items, commonly witnessed with the 25/50 kg woven sack bags.. • CONDUCTIVE BAGS • Our company has gained the expertise in the field of the manufacture and export of Conductive (Type C) Bags which have exclusive range of colors, sizes and dimensions.

  6. These bags are made of specially designed Conductive fabrics with interwoven conductive yarns. Conductive bags are provided with grounding tabs, which are to be earthed in order to dissipate the static charge created around the jumbo bag during the filling & discharge operations. • Type D Bags • Type D Bags are produced using anti-static, static dissipative fabrics which prevent any occurrence of sparks or brush discharges. • This is different from a Conductive Bag as it need not be connected to the ground for dissipating the static charge. These bags are used to pack safely combustible products and handle them in a combustible environment.
