Terminology • Release- when new data is added, and the Dashboards and Reports are updated to include the new data • Some Releases will include Enhancements • Enhancement- when the format of Dashboards and Reports are changed • May include new tables/charts, column moves, label name changes, etc.

  5. Recent Deliverables • Release 2.0 of the Dashboards

Dashboards Release 2.0 Recent Deliverables – February 15, 2013 • Data Updates • BCBSM claims and eligibility data added • January 2010 through July 2012 • More claims and eligibility data for Medicare and Medicaid • Claims are paid through July 2012 • Updated Measurement Year for Metrics • Reflects activity from April 1, 2011 to March 31, 2012 (allowing for claims run-out) • Standard Cost data temporarily removed

  7. Dashboards Release 2.0 Recent Deliverables – February 15, 2013 • Addition of a Well Child Visits 15-months metric to the Quality Measures dashboards.

Enhancements – Mid March 2013 Future Deliverables • Population Summary • Add the Risk Score ranges as a column in the table in the Risk Score section • Quality Measures • Insert "N/A" for measures that are not calculated for given Payers • Considering other enhancements • Suggestions always welcome!

Future Data Releases Future Deliverables • April 2013 • Updated Medicare, Medicaid, BCBSM data • Data through Dec 2012 • May 2013 • Add BCN Data • Jan 2010through Dec 2012 • Data for other payers will not be updated • Future Release Schedule • After all payer data is loaded, data releases can be expected every 2 months
